Update

We are continuing to investigate these reports. We have made some progress with solving some archived drugs and will continue to work on this as a high priority.

Identified

A small number of customers may experience previously archived drugs reappearing for a very limited number of residents. We are currently investigating and would advise customers to be extra vigilant when administering medication and report any concerns to the Customer Support team.
